As a SPOT user with a current Support agreement, you are eligible for free software updates.  The latest versions of software are available from our web site for downloading and installation at any time.  We have two code bases that we work with.  One is a "Maintenance" release and one is a "Feature" release.  The "Maintenance" release contains only bug fixes whereas the "Feature" release contains the most current features, enhancements and bug fixes.  It is up to you to choose what track of software you run in your operation.  

Current versions are available for download at any time for users with a current Support agreement.  SPOT Business Systems will provide and support the latest SPOT release on a machine that has the most current OS and service packs installed.  Please check with the Microsoft Windows update site to verify you have the latest service packs and hot fixes for the supported OS's of either Windows 2000, XP, Windows 7 or Server 2003.
